If you are having problems with mail delivery, there are a few steps you can take:

1. Contact the Brentwood Post Office. Click here or on the image below for information from the Brentwood Community Council about who to contact with complaints. As of December 2022, per a letter to Congressman Lieu’s deputy Janet Turner, from Adela Silber, Consumer Affairs Manager, Post Office Los Angeles District – CA5, the people at the Post Office to contact for local delivery problems are:

3. Contact Janet Turner, Congressman Lieu’s local field deputy. She will need you to fill out a  privacy release form, which you can download here.  She needs a REAL SIGNATURE on page 3, and has told us that it would also be helpful if you took a picture or two of the mail sticking out, etc.
