If you are having problems with mail delivery, there are a few steps you can take:

3. Contact Janet Turner, Congressman Lieu’s local field deputy. She will need you to fill out a privacy release form, which you can download here. She needs a REAL SIGNATURE on page 3, and has told us that it would also be helpful if you took a picture or two of the mail sticking out, etc.
