You can request city services and/or report matters through the 311 system in three ways:
– use the MyLA 311 (a free app that you can download into your smartphone from your app store),
OR
– go online to https://myla311.lacity.org
OR
– call 311.
From the online site, here is the list of city services commonly requested or matters reported:
- Bulky item pickup
- Containers
- Dead animal removal
- Electronic waste
- Graffiti removal
- Illegal dumping pickup
- Homeless encampment
- Metal/Household appliances
- Service not complete
- Other
