LA Metro wants to build a public transportation option for speeding people over the Sepulveda Pass. They have proposed six alternatives: three involve an aerial monorail that will basically run over or alongside the 405 Freeway, and three involve heavy rail that will use a tunnel under the mountains on different routes.
